The Star

Who was the first to announce the birth of Jesus? Actually, it was a star.

As the Bible tells the story, a group of wise men, they’d been watching for a star that would signal the birth of the Messiah.

Matthew 2 tells it this way…

And the star they had seen in the east guided them to Bethlehem. It went ahead of them and stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were filled with joy! They entered the house and saw the child with his mother, Mary, and they bowed down and they worshiped him.

Creation itself was celebrating His existence and signaling His greatness!

So many have not heard the Good News. They need the hope only Jesus offers.

You can be just like that star, and point the way to Jesus for your friends and your family today.

Remember, there is always hope with God.

“Creation itself was celebrating His existence and signaling His greatness!”

Matthew 2:9-10

“And the star they had seen in the east guided them to Bethlehem. It went ahead of them and stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were filled with joy!”
