The Name Above All Names

Jesus. That name. Whether you are a believer or an atheist or somewhere in between, the name “Jesus” probably affects you in some way.

For me, it is a name I love because He is my Savior and my Lord. The Bible tells us that it is a name that is above every other name. Jesus stands alone in glory and power. 

There is a worship song – “Beautiful Name” – which says:

“Yours is the kingdom
Yours is the glory
Yours is the name above all names. What a powerful name it is
The name of Jesus Christ my king.”

The amazing thing is that this mighty Lord loves you. He gave His life, dying on a cross, to make a way for you to be reconciled to God.
