You Can’t Wear Out God’s Compassion
God calls Himself compassionate. God, the most mighty, the most holy, the most righteous, the Lord, past, present, future—is also a God of compassion.
Psalm 145 reminds us that the Lord has compassion on all He has made.
This is amazing because He doesn't have to be compassionate. Many of us know mighty, powerful people who have lost their compassion.
Yet God isn't worn down by our failures, our rebellion, or even our weaknesses. His compassion isn't dependent on our behavior. Compassion is His character. It's part of who He is and what you do or what I do will never change this.
No matter your circumstances today. God's posture towards you is one of compassion. Have you ever given your life to Him?
