Your New Life

Not long ago, my wife Wendy and I were in Malawi, East Africa, for an evangelistic festival.  It was a wonderful time of ministering to people, sharing the Gospel, and seeing thousands respond in faith. Many churches came together to work with us and to disciple the new believers.

Perhaps you too, are a new believer.  If so, I’d like to remind you of just what that means. First, you are forgiven through the cross of Jesus.

Also, you are God’s child, adopted into His family. You have a life worth living, as well as the promise of Heaven.

Another great blessing is that you are not alone.  God will never leave you. His Spirit lives in you and will help you to move forward.

Receiving Jesus into your heart does not mean that your life is perfect and free of struggles. But read God’s word, the Bible, and let Him teach you and lead you along.

“Receiving Jesus into your heart does not mean that your life is perfect and free of struggles. But read God’s word, the Bible, and let Him teach you and lead you along.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”
