Worthy of Trust

I know of a young woman who is in college with the hope of going to medical school someday. She works in a hospital all day and takes classes at night.

Recently, she said she felt so overwhelmed with the pressures of work, school, and family that she just wanted to give up.

Discouragement is something we all experience at some time. Whether you're in school, or raising children, or running a business, you probably feel pressure to have it all together, even though you may feel you are falling apart.

But you know, we don't have to have all the answers and we don't have to be perfect. All we need to do is trust God in the moment to look to Him for strength and direction.

Deuteronomy 31:8 says,

It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.

Wow, what a wonderful promise. Always remember, there is hope with God
