The Gospel Is Your Story

What do you say when someone says, “Tell me about yourself”?

Do you immediately answer, “I’m a follower of Jesus”?

Maybe not.

But if you are a follower of Jesus, that means your life has indeed been changed by the power of the Gospel. More than that, you’ve become part of God’s wonderful, unfolding story of love for the whole earth!

Even though it may not be the first thing out of your mouth when you meet someone, I want to encourage you-don’t keep it a secret!

Ephesians 3:7 says, By God’s grace and mighty power, I have been given the privilege of serving him by spreading this Good News.

It’s not only a privilege to share the Gospel with those you meet; it’s part of who you are.

Take a moment to consider today: what might God do if you went through life authentically sharing the truth of how Jesus has changed you?
