God Is Our Helper

You may be at a difficult place in your life right now when you are struggling. I want to encourage you today with some quotes from the Bible which tell us about the help and strength available to us in God.

Psalm 54:4 tells us: “God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.” 

Are you burned out from the stresses of life? In Matthew 11:28 we read the words of Jesus: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

What about physical and financial needs? Jesus said, “Don’t worry about these things, …your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”

These tremendous promises give me encouragement when I feel the pressures of this world. I hope you turn to God and His Word today for the strength you need.

Always remember, there is hope with God.
