Redeemed

There's a religious word that you might have heard and just let it pass you by. A word maybe a pastor or a priest would use.

The word “redeemed.” The word actually means to buy up, to rescue from loss.

Before I walked with God and gave my life to Him, I was lost. There were dreams I had that got lost through the years. I had a constant sense of disappointment. But when I received God's grace through repentance redemption began to play a beautiful, creative role in my life. Jesus rescued me from loss.

Do you feel overwhelmed by a sense of loss? Jesus gave His life to redeem us, you included. He died on a cross, became a curse for us, so that we could be redeemed.

Ask Him to redeem your loss today. Always remember there is hope with God.

“Jesus gave His life to redeem us, you included. He died on a cross, became a curse for us, so that we could be redeemed.”

Ephesians 1:7

“He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.”
