A Hopeful Invalid

There is a beautiful story in the Bible about a woman who had been bleeding for twelve years. She had suffered through many unsuccessful treatments, and had spent all she had on doctors.

Then, here comes Jesus. His reputation as a healer was known all throughout the area, and the sick woman believed that if she could just touch Jesus’ cloak, she would be healed. After years of suffering, she had hope. In the midst of a crowd she reached out to Him.

As soon as she touched his clothes, she was healed.  Immediately, Jesus turned to her and said, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.” (Mark 5:34)

Being hopeful is important, but even more important is who you put your hope in. Put your hope in Jesus today.

Always remember, there is hope with God.

Being hopeful is important, but even more important is who you put your hope in. Put your hope in Jesus today.

Mark 5:34

“Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”
