A Welcoming Kingdom

What is the kingdom of God?

There are so many different ways to describe it. But most of all, it is a place that lives in people—those who choose to love God the way God loves and follow His ways. These people spread God’s kingdom wherever they go.

Here’s what Jesus said in Mark chapter 4,

“How can I describe the Kingdom of God? What story should I use to illustrate it? It is like a mustard seed planted in the ground. It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of all the garden plants; it grows long branches, even the birds can make nests in its shade.”

God’s kingdom, it’s a growing family, it’s an expanding community, and it’s a welcoming kingdom. Because of the cross of Jesus Christ, you can receive this gift and it will last forever.

Remember, there is always hope with God.

“God’s kingdom, it’s a growing family, it’s an expanding community, and it’s a welcoming kingdom.”

Mark 4:30-32

“Jesus said, ‘How can I describe the Kingdom of God? What story should I use to illustrate it? It is like a mustard seed planted in the ground. It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of all garden plants; it grows long branches, and birds can make nests in its shade.’”
