Age is Just a Number
I’m impressed by some of the young men who pastor churches in our area. They live godly lives and have a passion to see people come to know Jesus. They inspire me!
And then there are the older men and women in my church, many of whom I have known for years. Even in old age they continue mentoring, discipling, encouraging young believers.
In between is my generation, some of whom are teachers or successful business owners. They give generously, teach Sunday School, lead mission groups on overseas trips, and gladly share their knowledge and experience with all of us in the church.
No matter where you fall on the age spectrum you can actively serve God. I encourage you to share His love with others. Find out what opportunities there are, and consider where you could best fit in. Just make yourself available and I know for sure that God will use you in some exciting way.
