Time With God

Your days are probably pretty busy, just like mine are. But if you're constantly working, talking to people, making plans, texting, and checking social media, you get the picture; you might not be doing some other things that really matter. Things like connecting with God.

I believe it's vital to carve out time, first thing in the morning really is the best, to pray to read the Word of God, meditate on what you read, and then listen to what God is putting on your heart.

Don't get so wrapped up in your daily activities and what's going on in the world all around you that you miss out on that precious time alone with God. Give Him the time to work in your heart and life.

In Romans 12, We read, "Don't copy the behavior and the customs of this world. But let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you. His good, pleasing and perfect will."

“Give Him the time to work in your heart and life.”

Romans 12:2

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
