The Shepherds

Have you ever wanted to share the Good News of Jesus but didn’t feel like you had the right words? We do not need to rely on eloquence. We can just tell what He’s done for us.

The first ones to share the Gospel were a bunch of young shepherds. Most likely, children, dirty from tending sheep. An angel woke them up and told them, “Good News, a Savior has been born!”

The Bible says...

They hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph. And there was the baby, lying in the manger. After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child.

What these kids shared with everyone was not a polished sermon. It probably sounded more like, “You’ll never believe what happened to us last night!”

We can all share the Good News just like that. It’s that simple. Tell someone today about what God has done and what He has done in your life.

Remember, there is always hope with God.

“Tell someone today about what God has done and what He has done in your life.”

Luke 2:16-17

“They hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph. And there was the baby, lying in the manger. After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child.”
