The Earth Is the Lord’s and Everything in It

What’s the most difficult struggle in your life right now? In our lifetimes, we all face trouble and tragedies that cause our hearts to ache.

At times, in our discouragement, it may feel as though the enemy of our souls is the one in control of the whole world. But I want to encourage you, my friend, today—God is the one who made the world, and He is still on the throne!

Psalm 24 says…

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.

Despite the way sin and evil have deeply impacted the world, God has not abandoned us. And He will not give up on us. Don’t give up on Him.

If your heart is aching today, bring your troubles to Him. He is willing—He is longing—and He is able to help you.
