Right and Wrong

There was a popular song many years ago that said, “It can’t be wrong when it feels so right.” That’s a strong excuse for many people who misbehave and step over moral boundaries.

So how do we distinguish what’s right and what’s wrong? I believe the best way is to know what God has told us in His word, the Bible.

Begin reading in the book of Matthew and read a chapter or two each day. Before you read, pray and ask God to teach you what is right, and what is wrong. Look for the life principles that He has laid down there. You will soon begin to learn what God’s good plan is for you and your life.

Don’t ever think that God is out to ruin your fun or make your life one of dogged asceticism. No! On the contrary, He wants you to be joyful and fulfilled.

Jesus said, “I have come that you may have life and have it to the full.”

“Don’t ever think that God is out to ruin your fun or make your life one of dogged asceticism.”

John 10:10

“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”
