God has a new song for you!

Psalm 40, this is for you today. “I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and he heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and the mire; and he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth,  a hymn of praise to my God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord.”

Can you wait patiently on the Lord? Today is the day. Lord, I pray for my friends. May we learn to wait for you, Lord. Lord, put a new song in our mouths so that we may praise you today.
