My Peace I Leave With You

Jesus said so many amazing things before He went to the cross. One of the most impactful is a promise of peace.

He said, “My peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives…” That’s in John 14.

Think about that phrase: I do not give to you as the world gives.

Our striving for peace can be one of the most frustrating parts of our human existence. And we’re told by beautiful, powerful voices about fulfillment that never comes.

But His promises are sure. He is able to fulfill His promises. He doesn’t give us peace the way the world gives.

He offers Himself! He, Himself, is our peace. Get to know Jesus. Begin a relationship with Him today. This gift of peace is for you.
