Meaning and Purpose
If you ask a young child what job they want to have when they grow up, they usually dream big, right?
They say things that may seem outlandish to us: I want to lead this country! I want to be a soccer star or a football star. I want to be a rock and roll star! Their dreams are big because they can sense that their life has a great purpose.
But as we grow up, disappointment and rejection can erode that deep, God-given belief that there’s something more for you—a deep meaning to each person’s life.
God wants to restore that truth in your heart today.
Ephesians 2:10 says this,
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
There’s a plan for your life, written long ago. Your soul will continue to search for it, but it can be found only in Jesus Christ.
Will you ask Him to show you His purpose for your life? His plans for you are good.
