Life and Peace

Do you ever find yourself looking forward to the end of your workday, or to the weekend? I bet what you’re longing for in those moments is a sense of peace and refreshing.

What if you could have life and peace throughout the week, no matter if you were working or resting?

I believe there is a deep peace and a never-ending source of life available to all of us through the Holy Spirit of God. And it doesn’t depend on our physical circumstances.

Romans 8:6 says that when we focus our minds on self-centered desires, we experience a sort of death, but when we focus our minds on the Spirit of God, letting Him rule and guide us, we experience life and peace.

God, I want Your Holy Spirit to fill me, to rule my heart and mind, and to guide all my thoughts and actions today. I long for the life and the peace that comes only through You. Thank You. Amen.
