He Is Good

You know, people hear things about God. They may hear the satire on Saturday Night Live. They may see the headlines of angry people in the news. But have they heard that He is good? That He’s worthy to be trusted?

I’ve met so many people who resist God because… there are so many false ideas about who He is. But you and I get to tell people that He is loving and He’s kind. He knows every part of us, and He still loves us! He wants to be with us, to forgive us, and to care for us.

What joy to deliver such good news!

Psalm 145 says…

The Lord is gracious and compassionate, He is slow to anger and [He’s] rich in love. The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.

Once people hear this and believe it, their hearts begin to change. For many, the message of God’s goodness has been absent. Will you take a step of faith today and be the one to share?

Always remember, there’s hope with God.
