God, the Provider

Do you see God as a provider? All through the Bible are stories of God’s miraculous provision for people: food and water in a desert, cherished children for barren women, husbands for widows, wisdom for kings, healing for many.

The very first time the name Provider was used to describe God is in a difficult story where God sent Abraham to a mountain to sacrifice his precious son.

Just as Abraham was about to take his son’s life, he saw a ram caught in the bushes. A provision of God.

You see, our deepest need is a sacrifice for our sins, and He has provided that.

If He has provided for our greatest need, then He will continue to provide all that is needed. Come to Him today with your needs.

“If He has provided for our greatest need, then He will continue to provide all that is needed. Come to Him today with your needs.”

Philippians 4:19

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
