God Loves the World

Sometimes it seems as though there is very little good left in the world. Humans seem like terrible creatures who don’t deserve saving.

But when God looks at the world, He sees things differently. He sees His beloved creation, His sons and daughters. He sees His image-bearers.

Despite all the wrongness that has always infected humanity, God still looked at the world and loved us- loved us enough to send His own Son as our Savior. He desires to bring us all into His family.

So instead of being discouraged about the behavior of the human race, we should ask God to help us to see people as He sees them.

Beyond all the layers of sinfulness, darkness, and confusion. As His beloved creation, made in His image. He loves the work of His hands – us!

Remember, there is always hope with God.
