God Is a Giver

Everything has a cost.

When we choose to follow God, we do our best to leave behind our old sinful ways and live in a way that’s pleasing to God. But following God is so much more than what you DON’T do.

God is not a taker, He’s a giver.

Jesus said in John 10:10,

The thief’s purpose is to steal to kill and to destroy (only). My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life (the abundant life, He calls it).

God doesn’t want to take the joy out of our lives—He wants us to know better and deeper joy.

God doesn’t want to limit us with rules—He wants to protect us from destroying our lives.

God doesn’t want to control us like puppets—He wants to guide us onto a path that leads to thriving.

You can trust God to give you much more than He takes. Believe me! Will you put your trust in Him today?
