Experience God Yourself
Have you ever had a friend rave about a movie or a book, telling you it’s absolutely life-changing? You might be curious, but until you experience it for yourself, how can you truly know? Right?
It’s kind of the same thing with faith. One of the disciples, Thomas, found the story of Jesus’ resurrection unbelievable.
And he said, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my fingers where the nails were, and put my hands into his side, I will not believe.”
Jesus invited him to come and see for himself. Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.
Maybe you want to experience the love of Jesus, but you’re not quite sure it’s real. Just come to Jesus the same way Thomas did.
Pray to Him and say,
Lord, if You're real, show me who You are. Help me to understand the truth. Amen.
Always remember there is hope with God.
