Courage or Fear

Has God ever called you into a situation that was uncomfortable, or even dangerous?

I often pray for missionaries I know who are serving in countries where their very lives are at risk because they are boldly sharing the Gospel message. They demonstrate courage and a firm trust in their God.

At some point or other, we will all need to choose between courage and fear. In those moments, we have two options: press onward, or retreat to our comfort zones.

1 Corinthians 15:58 in the Bible reminds us of the importance of pressing onward and choosing courage. It says, “Stand firm! Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

Let’s be bold and press on as we serve in God’s Kingdom. We know He will always be with us.

1 Corinthians 15:58

“So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.”
