Come Follow Me

When Jesus called His first disciples, it was such a simple interaction. He called them, and their response was immediate.

In John 4, we’re told that Jesus saw two brothers, fishermen, and He said to them

“Come, follow me.” Immediately, they left their nets and followed Him.

Jesus didn’t tell them where they were going, but He did tell them what they would be doing. He wanted to use them to fish for people.

Is Jesus calling you? Maybe He’s been calling you and you’ve been struggling to respond simply because He refuses to tell you where you’ll be going.

You just know He’s saying to you, Come, follow me. Leave what you’re doing behind; I have something else for you.

It’s so worth it to follow Jesus.

Always remember, there is hope with God.

“It’s so worth it to follow Jesus.”

Matthew 4:19

“Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!”
