An Act of Service

When we share the Gospel with people, we’re also making a commitment to serve others lovingly, just as Christ did Himself. It’s the abundant life. It’s kindness, right? Mercy, love, sacrifice.

This is a beautiful thing!

And it means that when we share Jesus with people, rather than trying to accuse them of sin or position ourselves in a superior way, we’re actually humbling ourselves, serving them- speaking the truth in love.

2 Corinthians puts it this way…

You see, we don’t go around preaching about ourselves. We preach that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we ourselves are your servants for Jesus’ sake.

If there’s someone in your life who needs to experience the love of God, you can serve them by sharing the Good News.

Remember, there is always hope with God.

“If there’s someone in your life who needs to experience the love of God, you can serve them by sharing the Good News.”

2 Corinthians 4:5

“You see, we don’t go around preaching about ourselves. We preach that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we ourselves are your servants for Jesus’ sake.”
