A Kingdom That Lasts

My most treasured possession is my dad’s old Bible. It’s full of amazing handwritten notes, underlines, marked pages and probably, I’m sure, even his tears as certain passages moved his heart.

It’s precious to me. And yet, I know, it’s just a book made of paper and leather. It won’t last forever. The thing that lasts? God’s Kingdom and we are invited into it.

Daniel 7:14 says…

His rule is eternal—it will never end. His kingdom will never be destroyed.

Do you want to be a part of that kingdom? God’s Kingdom? Do you want to meet the One who loves you and will never abandon you?

Just turn to Him and say, Lord, will you be the king of my heart today? Thank you for the sacrifice of Your son, Jesus on the cross that I could enter in and receive this gift. Amen

Remember, there is always hope with God.
