We Are Not Heroes

2 Corinthians 4:7 says this…

We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.

It is a relief to know that the power of God is what makes our lives work. It’s His light, not ours. That’s what enables us to shine His love and power into the world.

Not one of us is a shining example of flawless perfection. The only perfect One is Jesus.

The weak areas of our lives are opportunities to share with others about how much we rely on God to carry us through life. In the day-to-day struggles, in the hardest times, God is the One who strengthens us and lights us up.

This is Good News. Share it today!

Remember, there is always hope with God.

“In the day-to-day struggles, in the hardest times, God is the One who strengthens us and lights us up.”
