Will you pause for a minute and try this with me?
Think for a moment about the way you feel when you greet your closest friend or a family member. Maybe you smile and feel warmth and joy as you walk over to them. Maybe you embrace them and feel the stress and worry of life fall off your shoulders.
Did you know that God wants to have that kind of joyful meeting…with you? He already knows you, but He has been waiting for you to come and to know Him.
And He loves you so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to become a sacrifice on your behalf. Jesus made a way for you to know God intimately and deeply. You were made to live in friendship with God.
You can choose to accept this invitation to have a relationship with Jesus. And you can do it now. Come to know God. He already knows you.
Always remember, there is hope with God.
