Supreme Love

The side of the bus had a huge sign which read “Freestyle Love Supreme.”

I had never heard of that so I checked it out and discovered that it is a theater production which is playing in town. Okay, that’s interesting. But what I actually thought of on reading that title was the love of God. 

The word “supreme” means “superior to all others.” So when I see the words “love supreme” I think of God and His unparalleled love for us – for you.

Are you feeling lonely and unloved today? I want to encourage you with the truth that God loves you deeply. He loves you more than anyone else ever could. His love is supreme.

The Apostle John wrote: “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!”
