Spiritual Food

What have you done to feed your spirit today?

Jesus understood this truth—just like our bodies, our spirits need to be nurtured and fed.

He talked about spiritual food when He said, in John 4,

“I have a kind of food you know nothing about….My nourishment comes from doing the will of God...”

The same is true for us. When we do God's will, we find meaning, purpose, and joy.

When you read His word, truth takes root in your heart, like a seed… and as you mature through reading the Scriptures, hearing His Word will blossom into doing His Word!

By filling your spirit with His word, you can begin to walk in every good promise of God’s will.

Is your spirit hungry right now? Fill it with the Word of God.
