You Were Rescued for a Purpose

God has rescued you. He has taken you from death to life! That is - if you’ve accepted His free gift.

Why did Jesus come and give His life? He wanted us to be reunited with God the Father. He wanted to give us life that is truly life— filled with peace and with hope. And He wanted to offer us eternal life through His righteousness.

I am so grateful for what He has done for me. And I also know His purposes don’t end with my salvation. That is the great critical first step of new life, but then from there, He also calls every one of His followers to share the Good News—so that EVERYONE has a chance to give their life to Him.

Jesus said,

Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

When you and I became new creations in Jesus, we entered into His purpose—to proclaim the Good News to the world.
