Once I Was Blind

In John chapter 9, in the Bible, we read that Jesus met a man who had been born blind.

Jesus’ disciples were keen to discover whose sin had caused the blindness – the parents’ or the blind man’s. Jesus assured them it was no one’s fault, rather this man was here in this condition so that the works of God could be displayed in his life.

Then he made a bit of mud, put it over the man’s eyes, and sent him to a pool to wash it off. When he did that, his eyes were healed and he could see.

Some religious leaders, [who were worried about the influence Jesus was having in the region,] interrogated the man. He could tell them little about the One who healed him but said, “One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!”

You can share your faith in the same way. Just tell what Jesus has done for you. It’s irrefutable.

“Just tell what Jesus has done for you. It’s irrefutable.”

John 9:25

“I don’t know whether he is a sinner,” the man replied. “But I know this: I was blind, and now I can see!”
