Loving Your Neighbor Looks Like This

What is the most loving thing you can do for a person?

We know God wants us to love people. That’s why, when Jesus’ disciples asked Him what’s the MOST important commandment, He said this:

“You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is equally important: Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”

And what does it mean to love your neighbor?

There are so many ways to answer that question, but I believe the most loving thing you can do for a person is to share the love of God with them—to share the Good News of Jesus Christ—that they are invited into His great forgiveness, into His love and peace, and eternal life. Oh, that is the greatest gift.

Will you show your neighbor that kind of love today?
