Loneliness
You know, when the coronavirus was in its heyday, and there was lockdown, people were staying away from each other six feet, etc. etc. one of the themes that broke out was loneliness.
And the whole subject of loneliness, you read articles in the magazines, newspapers, commentaries on television, and rightly so because suddenly you felt absolutely cut off from the world.
It seemed so abnormal. That was a term that was used a lot. But the subject was loneliness, and you know, one of the wonderful things for you and I, when we know the living God who created us in our mother’s womb.
The great thing is that the Lord says in Isaiah chapter 41 verse 10, “Don’t be afraid, I am with you; don’t be dismayed, I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
The Lord says in another passage in the New Testament, “I will never leave you, I will never forsake you. I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
My dear friend, when you think about reaching your world, the best thing you can do for your friends is tell them that if they have Christ in their hearts, they are never alone, because Jesus Christ never leaves us.
