God Wants to Be With You
Have you ever wondered if God really wants to be with you? Doesn’t He have more important people to be with, or more urgent things to attend to?
No – God doesn’t work that way, but it is sometimes hard to believe that the God of the universe cares about us and wants to be close to us.
The truth is, He wants it so badly that He gave His Son over to death on a cross.
In Second Corinthians 5 we read: “For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.”
Jesus took our sin punishment so that we could become clean. The sin that was keeping us separated from God could be removed and we could be close to Him.
This reality can be yours. Receive God’s gift of salvation through Jesus Christ and you too can be with Him, under His care, freed from sin, and thriving in His love.
