Does God care about me?
Do you know how many hairs are on the top of your head? I'm sure you don't. Who could know such a thing?
I looked it up and the average is 100,000 hairs on a person's head. But the thing is, who would even count? Who would even take the time to count? Well, I want to tell you, there is one person who knows and He is Almighty God.
He even said it to his disciples in the in Luke 12: "Do not be afraid. Even the hairs on your head are numbered."
Why does He say that? He's saying that you do not need to be afraid when trial and trouble come into your life. In the midst of hardship, we may doubt whether God really knows us and cares about us.
But he says, "I know you so intimately. I made you. I created you. I care about you so much that I've numbered the hairs on your head."
I pray that encourages you today, my friend. If you're in trouble, if you're going through hardship and pain, and you're wondering, where is God? He says to you today, "I am here with you. I will never leave you. I even know the number of hairs on your head."
But he says, "I know you so intimately. I made you. I created you. I care about you so much that I've numbered the hairs on your head."
Luke 12:6-7
“What is the price of five sparrows—two copper coins? Yet God does not forget a single one of them. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows.”
