God, be with me in the storm...

Do you feel like you are in a storm right now?

In a storm, when thunder is booming and rain is blowing in your face—it’s very hard both to SEE and to HEAR.

Are you overwhelmed by the chaos of your storm—so much that it’s hard for you to see and hear God in the midst of it?

If so, my friend, I want to remind you that He is with you.

When the disciples of Jesus were out at sea in the midst of a storm, Jesus came to them, walking on the water, and He said:

“Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

Shortly after that, as Jesus got into the boat the wind died down. But it was while the wind was raging that Jesus told them to take courage and not be afraid. Why? Because He was with them.

Whether your storm calms down today or not, take courage that Jesus is with You.

He sees what you cannot see. He can do what you cannot do yourself. He is God who loves you and takes care of you! He will never leave you.

I am praying this for you right now: May you sense God’s presence in the midst of your storm. May you be filled with supernatural courage because He is with you. May your heart and mind be still because You know that He is God and He is in control.

Peace to you, my friends—He is with you!

“He sees what you cannot see. He can do what you cannot do yourself. He is God who loves you and takes care of you! He will never leave you.”
